Dalida Aboujian
Ayurvedic Practitioner and Massage Therapist
A former pharmacist, life swiftly redirected my path following graduation, leading me to realize that my pursuit with pharmacy was more aligned with sustainable health and the quest for a longer life in harmony with nature and living beings.
Discovering Ayurveda through the testimonials of clients who underwent detox retreats in India piqued my curiosity. Intrigued, I enrolled in a school in Belgium, and it was love at first sight. I had finally found what I was seeking.
With 17 years of experience in massage and body and face treatments, including 8 years specializing in abhyanga massage, my approach blends Ayurvedic and Thai well-being with therapeutic manipulations.

Digestion plays a pivotal role in maintaining health according to Ayurveda. Restoring optimal digestive power and ensuring a healthy intestinal transit are essential for healing and maintaining overall well-being.
Fatigue
Fatigue can stem from various factors, including poor digestion, stress, illness, deficiencies, and more. Making adjustments to your lifestyle and diet based on your doshas, coupled with a gradual body detox, can contribute to increased energy levels.

Panchakarma serves as the detoxification regimen in Ayurveda, effectively removing toxins from the body with a lasting impact. Massages
Abhyanga massage:
It is a full-body massage, extending from head to toe, making it ideal for detoxifying the body and promoting mental and energetic lightness. The massage technique involves movements directed towards the extremities, forming the foundation of my therapeutic approach. The speed and depth are tailored to the specific needs of the individual.
Therapeutic Abhyanga massage:
In this specialized massage, the foundational techniques are tailored to address specific areas, aiming to release muscle tension, harmonize energy flow, and enhance flexibility in organs, joints, or rigid movements. The focus is on restoring mobility to immobile areas, awakening sensitivity in insensitive regions, and bringing consciousness to unconscious aspects.
Each session targets one or two specific areas while considering the entire body, recognizing that a minor blockage in one area can influence muscle chains and, consequently, impact the rest of the body. Often, the source of discomfort may not be precisely where the pain is felt. Therefore, addressing issues related to breathing and congested organs becomes crucial.
Various tools are employed, including the stimulation of marma points for an energetic approach, organ massage, diaphragm release, calming of the nervous system, and an attentive approach to or perception of blocked areas.
The speed and depth of the massage are customized to meet the unique needs of the individual.
Back massage:
A therapeutic massage or well-being session focusing on the entire back, shoulders, neck, and to a lesser extent, the skull. This treatment aims to induce deep relaxation and provide relief from pain.
Head massage:
A massage focusing on the shoulders, face, and skull, designed to induce deep relaxation and calm the nervous system.
Anti-Fatigue Leg massage:
An Ayurvedic draining massage aimed at stimulating the lymphatic system and eliminating excess water from the legs. Particularly beneficial for pregnant women and individuals with heavy legs.
Diaphragm release,organs & marma massage:
Theese therapeutic massages can be a component of the therapeutic Abhyanga massage for a holistic impact.
Healing Treatment:
It's a fusion of different technics to balance and clean energies as well as getting rid off intrusive ones.
An organic massage oil is used in all treatments except the healing treatment where the person keeps its cloths on.
