Ayurveda place the human being as a piece of the Universe (like a puzzle) and responsible of its acts (what it does affects the rest). Ayurveda is a tool to live a longer life in good health. To practice or to discover ayurveda I propose ayurvedic treatments, like massages and consultations.
Ayurvedic treatments work on the prevention of illnesses and the eradication of them from the root. Ayurveda do not try to just treat symptoms. Ayurveda works using natural remedies to treat deseases. Some of the health problems that we can work with an ayurvedic appraoch are :

First consultation
I will assess your health condition and I will find your dominant dosha through a questionaire and some tests to be able to give you a long lasting solution. The approach might include natural remedies (phytotherapy, nutricaments, vitamins), yoga and pranayama exercices / ayurvedic massages, etc.
